The movers showed up on time and had to stop to drop off furniture that was not going to Southbridge. Then they had to stop in Millbury to pick one piece of furniture. Finally, on to Southbridge. These guys were able to move furniture and other items professionally, quick with an unbelievable strength. They were the best! I was amazed with all three and realized this was a hard move because it also included the many trips up/down 34 steps.

However, I would recommend this trio, by word of mouth, for anyone who move(s) in the future. I am so glad I found the ad in the yellow pages.

This time we also had to put our entire house in storage for 2 weeks between closing dates for the houses. I want to thank you for your assistance with our move in April. Being 8-months pregnant and in a mad rush (but not extravagant on budget!), I decided to try Massad Movers in spite of some negative experiences friends and I have had in the past with other companies. I’m so glad I did!

Patrick, Nick and William are house-moving ninjas. I know other moving companies can offer strong employees with the right equipment, but these three were so professional together it felt like the Mission Impossible team had shown up to rescue us.

I’ve never been put so at ease while moving in my life. There was no hassle and no hard time about how anything was packed. More got moved than I expected and it was finished faster than I could believe. In the end, nothing is missing and nothing was so much as scratched in the whole move.

And above and beyond – There was already some heavy furniture of my mother’s at our destination that we had been unable to lift. After moving in a fully-loaded truck of our belongings across three flights of stairs, the guys also helped to quickly move all this additional furniture to other floors or out to a storage barn (yet another flight of stairs). One may say that’s part of their job, but that they were so cheerful about the extra steps was heroic.

I moved from Sterling to Wellesley in the summer of 2014 when I sold my house. I had a very tight window to move and Massad Movers worked with me to make it happen. Also, it was not a simple move, pick up in Serling, bring things to Wellesley, pick up extra furniture in Wellesley and bring it to the kid’s house in Arlington. First, the time and cost estimate was right on. Their cost is very competitive. Second, the two young men who did the move, Phil and Jim, worked their tails off. They didn’t even stop for lunch! They were very careful when things got tight. They were very patient when we did the “should we put it here or there”. This company understands customer service and I do not hesitate recommending them.

On the morning of September 17th – 3 of your finest arrived promptly and moved me from a 3rd floor unit – to a 2nd floor unit. Your staff was both respectful and courteous. I wanted to convey my sincere appreciation for the incredible service your company always provides. We recently moved into our third home in Shrewsbury, and the guys at Massad are always willing to go above and beyond to put the customer’s mind at ease. My moving day was torrential rain, and I had just had brand new carpeting installed in the four bedrooms. I feared that they would be ruined given the mud that was covering the yard. The movers were meticulous and always were very careful to treat my items as if they were their own. The only damage during the entire move was to the cheap lampshades that I carried over separately in my car! I was amazed! The guys are also very patient, as I sometimes needed a bed moved or a bureau switched around to a different wall. We ended up having 6 movers and three trucks and the guys were REALLY incredible! We recommend Massad to everyone we know! We are planning to stay put in this house for decades, but if we need anything done, we know who to call!

We recently hired Philip P Massad Movers to move all the contents of our apartment in Worcester to our home on Cape Cod.

As it turned out, it was an extremely hot day and our Air Conditioning Unit at our Cape home decided to stop working. The gentlemen from Massad Movers could not have been more helpful, efficient, and pleasant. We had them move some of the furniture in our Cape home to make room for the furniture from Worcester & then we even had the nerve to change our minds a few times and the men had to move the same pieces again. The movers never got rattled or grumpy even though it was about 90 degrees. We really commend their professionalism and would hire Massad Movers again in a heartbeat. We will definitely recommend Philip P. Massad Movers to ours friends.

Dear Phil,

I honestly do not know how I would have survived without Massad Movers! I am realtor with Andrew Abu Realtors in Westboro and it is my job to find new homes for families. It has become your job to move them all out of their present homes and into their new ones. I have been referring my clients to Massad for years and have always received nothing but praise for the way that the move was handled. Your crew is courteous, professional, energetic and ambitious and has never hesitated to display 100% effort from the beginning of the job to the very end.

I was driving home late one evening from an appointment in Southboro and it was dark and rainy. I was on Sears Road and the visibility was terrible and the road is very narrow and curvy. We expected the packing up and loading of the truck to take about 6 hours and the guys were done filling two trucks in 3.5 hours.
