Patrick, Kris, Joe and Phil helped us move a couple of weeks ago. We couldn't have asked for better service. We weren't ready and they were so helpful strategizing what to move first and how to get us to where we needed to be. They were super efficient, friendly and really communicative. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, whose helpfulness could have been an annoyance and a distraction but they were wonderful with her! They were also so great on the other end, making sure that things went exactly where we wanted them and also letting my daughter look in the truck! If we were going to move again, which I hope we don't anytime soon, I would not hesitate to call them to take care of it. Our experience was better than we could have hoped for, thank you!

Steve and Ryan were extremely easy to work with for moving from a 2nd floor unit to another 2nd floor unit. They are great at making small talk and making the work feel quick. Massad Movers should get 10 stars!!! We have used them on 2 occasions and to say they were outstanding is an understatement! Our first move was a little over 6 years ago from a home we lived in located in Worcester for 37 years that had 38 steps and was a three story house. Unfortunately, the way the driveway was designed, the crew was unable to get the truck up the driveway and had to use the 38 steps up and down. Not a word of displeasure out of their mouths- just smiles and complete co-operation about everything we asked them to do!!! Recently we moved from an apartment complex to a condo duplex. Again, they showed up on time, well prepared and even helped box some things we didn't get to, as well as carefully protecting fragile objects, TVs, pictures, etc. When we arrived at the new home, they made sure we were happy with the location of everything. Hopefully, this is our last move (in our 70's now) but could never imagine using any company but this wonderful, family owned business. Bottom line, don't waste your time calling any other company, just use Massad!!!!

Massad Movers have helped us on 4 occasions with both moving and delivering products for our home renovation.They are exceptional, and professional and their team are always helpful and positive. You just don’t find a group like this very often. I went out to the truck that they were almost done loading to ask a question and was struck with the care and order of their packing of our belonging. I also had to go to their storage warehouse to retrieve something and once again I was struck with the level of organization and assistance.Five stars is not enough to give this well run company.

They had to move items in the pouring rain, and made sure the furniture and home were kept clean and dry. They did a great job disassembling and reassembling our furniture. Massad Movers moved our personal property to our new residence on Friday, June 21. The service provided by John, Bryan, and Ryan was first-rate in every respect. They arrived exactly at 8:00 AM as scheduled. They moved all of our furniture and appliances with impressive speed and efficiency. At every point they were careful not to damage the item or the house. They took similar care at our new residence, placing every item exactly where I wanted it. They completed the entire job by 11:30 AM. To a person John, Bryan, and Ryan were friendly and engaging. They all have great senses of humor. I cannot imagine a better moving experience.

We had a great experience with Massad Movers. We had them move furniture around, put stuff in the basement, empty out our storage unit and deliver the rest to another location. They flexed the schedule to get us in on the day that we wanted. Hustled the whole time. Very polite. Squeezed furniture where it shouldn't have fit. Put furniture back together almost as good as new (replaced some screws & nails). No damage. No footprints left behind.

We used Massad Movers recently to move from Westborough, MA to Newport, RI and we couldn't be happier with the crews that packed and moved us within 48 hours. Kris, Russell, Sean, Eric and Joe were incredible to work with! On move day, conditions were not ideal as it rained hard the entire day, both moving out and then moving in. The Crew parked the trucks close to both houses to minimize the rain would have on our belongings. These guys were as cohesive a Team as any I've seen in my Life. The were so professional, courteous, humorous and HARD WORKING!! They were in constant motion the entire day and finished up at 7:30pm. Since we are renting through June of next year, we plan on using them again when we move into our new home in Newport. You can't go wrong with Massad Movers!

The three men arrived right on time the day of our move. They were very polite and they all had smiles on their faces. We took a quick tour of the house we were moving from and the men got right to work. We were moving from Worcester, MA to Hyannis, MA all in a day. We were packed and on the road to Hyannis by 11:30 AM. The men started unloading the truck and they were still smiling and still polite. If they were unsure of something they would ask questions. There pace never slowed down even though it was a hot day. These three men worked as a team all day. They left us at 5:30 and all three were still smiling. Great job guys, you truly made our moving day a pleasure.

They charge by the hour and the price estimate I was quoted was almost spot on. No hidden fees, no trip charge (only the driving time), no labor fees, no truck fees. I am very impressed with the company and I look forward to working with them again for my future moving needs. I recommend to just be aware that they may charge for longer time than it actually took to make the move, that's because they calculate the time from when they leave their facility to when they get back, which was not a problem for me because my move was local anyways. I was under the impression that they start the time when they arrive and they stop when they are done unloading, but this is incorrect. Still the best rate around and the best quality and service I could have hoped for! Thank you for making it simple and worry-free!
