While we strive to prevent any damage, if something does occur, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Clothing can remain in drawers, but please remove anything loose or breakable. File cabinet drawers should be emptied completely.
We do not require deposits for moves within the Worcester County area. However, a deposit may be required for pickups outside Worcester County or for out-of-state moves.
Our pricing depends on the specifics of the job. Local moves are generally charged at an hourly rate, while small or single-item moves may be charged a flat rate. Long-distance moves are typically priced at a flat rate as well.
While our team greatly appreciates tips, they are never required. There is no standard amount - feel free to tip based on your satisfaction.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, there’s no penalty; we simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
