We weren't ready and they were so helpful strategizing what to move first and how to get us to where we needed to be. They were super efficient, friendly and really communicative. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, whose helpfulness could have been an annoyance and a distraction but they were wonderful with her! Massad Movers should get 10 stars!!! We have used them on 2 occasions and to say they were outstanding is an understatement! Our first move was a little over 6 years ago from a home we lived in located in Worcester for 37 years that had 38 steps and was a three story house. Unfortunately, the way the driveway was designed, the crew was unable to get the truck up the driveway and had to use the 38 steps up and down. Not a word of displeasure out of their mouths- just smiles and complete co-operation about everything we asked them to do!!! Recently we moved from an apartment complex to a condo duplex. Again, they showed up on time, well prepared and even helped box some things we didn't get to, as well as carefully protecting fragile objects, TVs, pictures, etc. When we arrived at the new home, they made sure we were happy with the location of everything. Hopefully, this is our last move (in our 70's now) but could never imagine using any company but this wonderful, family owned business. Bottom line, don't waste your time calling any other company, just use Massad!!!!

They arrived exactly at 8:00 AM as scheduled. They moved all of our furniture and appliances with impressive speed and efficiency. Kris, Russell, Sean, Eric and Joe were incredible to work with! On move day, conditions were not ideal as it rained hard the entire day, both moving out and then moving in. The Crew parked the trucks close to both houses to minimize the rain would have on our belongings. These guys were as cohesive a Team as any I've seen in my Life. We took a quick tour of the house we were moving from and the men got right to work. We were moving from Worcester, MA to Hyannis, MA all in a day. We were packed and on the road to Hyannis by 11:30 AM. The men started unloading the truck and they were still smiling and still polite. If they were unsure of something they would ask questions. There pace never slowed down even though it was a hot day. These three men worked as a team all day. They left us at 5:30 and all three were still smiling.
