With little notice, they moved my mom from MA to NH, with a stop at my house in between. The men who worked the job were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The price quoted was beyond reasonable, and we can’t tuck this company enough for their help!

Massad Movers moved our personal property to our new residence on Friday, June 21. The service provided by John, Bryan, and Ryan was first-rate in every respect. They arrived exactly at 8:00 AM as scheduled. They moved all of our furniture and appliances with impressive speed and efficiency. At every point they were careful not to damage the item or the house. They took similar care at our new residence, placing every item exactly where I wanted it. They completed the entire job by 11:30 AM. To a person John, Bryan, and Ryan were friendly and engaging. They all have great senses of humor. I cannot imagine a better moving experience.

Our appointment time frame was 11am to 1pm and the movers showed up around 1:10. We were worried that they would never come but nothing mad or anything. We did not have a good experience with previous moving company so we actually planned and searched more and found Philip. The movers Paul and Jimmy did a great job- Polite and efficiently. Definitely recommend Philip to everyone in the area.

Very happy. Three strong men carefully moved my baby grand piano to the new house and it’s still in tune 👍. They also moved the washer and dryer up a steep set of narrow steps without batting an eye.I would choose them again for their efficiency, price and friendliness.

We had a great experience with Massad Movers. We had them move furniture around, put stuff in the basement, empty out our storage unit and deliver the rest to another location. They flexed the schedule to get us in on the day that we wanted. Hustled the whole time. Very polite. Squeezed furniture where it shouldn't have fit. Put furniture back together almost as good as new (replaced some screws & nails). No damage. No footprints left behind.

I called Philip P Massad Movers and they were able to squeeze me in when I needed it most. They were super friendly on the phone. My movers, Eric and Angel, were fantastic. They were very professional, came on time and took very good care of my belongings. I felt bad because I had to make them move couches twice, but they did it, no problem. This company was referred to me by a friend and I'm so glad I hired them. 5 stars!!

We used Massad Movers recently to move from Westborough, MA to Newport, RI and we couldn't be happier with the crews that packed and moved us within 48 hours. Kris, Russell, Sean, Eric and Joe were incredible to work with! On move day, conditions were not ideal as it rained hard the entire day, both moving out and then moving in. The Crew parked the trucks close to both houses to minimize the rain would have on our belongings. These guys were as cohesive a Team as any I've seen in my Life. The were so professional, courteous, humorous and HARD WORKING!! They were in constant motion the entire day and finished up at 7:30pm. Since we are renting through June of next year, we plan on using them again when we move into our new home in Newport. You can't go wrong with Massad Movers!

Very efficient and dedicated, totally recommend if you're moving more than an apartment. (your friends will thank you) They charge by time so pack your stuff in boxes. Very helpful with stuff like putting beds back together and remounting TVs. The neighbor's cat also approves.

I had to have two, commercial, heavy -duty refrigerators moved from my garage into my basement.Massad Movers arrived early. They were polite, professional, friendly, and got right to work. They moved these behemoths like they were helium balloons, and didnt' damage the fridges, the floor or the house. They quoted a fair price, and honored the quote after they finished.Excellent service, caring staff, and they went the extra mile.

The three men arrived right on time the day of our move. They were very polite and they all had smiles on their faces. We took a quick tour of the house we were moving from and the men got right to work. We were moving from Worcester, MA to Hyannis, MA all in a day. We were packed and on the road to Hyannis by 11:30 AM. The men started unloading the truck and they were still smiling and still polite. If they were unsure of something they would ask questions. There pace never slowed down even though it was a hot day. These three men worked as a team all day. They left us at 5:30 and all three were still smiling. Great job guys, you truly made our moving day a pleasure.

The best of the best!1. Best prices: We got a few different quotes for a rather complicated move, requiring 5 stops. The Mossad quote was the lowest and because they were highly recommended by our realtor, we chose them.2. Best movers: John and Paul were absolutely sensational. The process of scheduling the move was pleasant and stress free. The staff on the phone is friendly and straightforward. They charge by the hour and the price estimate I was quoted was almost spot on. No hidden fees, no trip charge (only the driving time), no labor fees, no truck fees. I am very impressed with the company and I look forward to working with them again for my future moving needs. I recommend to just be aware that they may charge for longer time than it actually took to make the move, that's because they calculate the time from when they leave their facility to when they get back, which was not a problem for me because my move was local anyways. I was under the impression that they start the time when they arrive and they stop when they are done unloading, but this is incorrect. Still the best rate around and the best quality and service I could have hoped for! Thank you for making it simple and worry-free!

Two nice guys moved me on a day where it was -20 temps and even shoveled a path to get to the front door. Once inside they were very clean and careful with all the floors and railings and were incredibly service oriented. Would use again for sure!

My wife and I are extremely happy we went with Massad. They were very professional and worked diligently to make our move as stress-free as possible. We contacted several moving companies to get quotes and Massad was not only the only company that actually sent a rep. out to our home to discuss the move, but they were also the only company that said they could handle moving all of our items in one truck and with a reasonable crew. They handled all of our items with care (nothing was broken), moved us from central Mass. to metrowest in the span of a few hours, and came in well under estimate. I can't recommend them highly enough.

After receiving outlandishly expensive bids from various movers to move some large pieces of furniture, I learned of Philip Massad Movers. Their quote was considerably less (about 30% less) than the competitors. I called and explained what I needed done. A time was arranged. They showed up on time, were courteous, polite and helpful. They showed great respect and care for my furniture. When I queried about them to one of the movers, I learned this is a good solid family business which is quite wonderful these days. These folks moved us from Worcester, MA to Concord, NH. Good price, excellent service. If you ever plan to move, only go with Massad. We have antique furniture that they babied from second floor apartment, across state lines, and into another second floor. They treated all our belongings like they were their own and the movers couldn't have had better customer service skills.We moved back to Worcester, used a NH company and haven't stopped regretting it. They annihilated a moveable cupboard, and damaged 3 of our antique dressers. When they pulled up the apartment, they were flying down the road and slammed the brakes. Wonder how our stuff was smashed?You won't get that from Massad. I regret not calling them to see if they would take our return move, don't let yourself regret not calling them up.
